Who is responsible
RADA is run by Radosław Nicgorski in Essex, United Kingdom. For anything concerning your data, write to hello@radastudio.co.uk.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, your email address, which piece you are asking about, and your message. We do not ask for anything else and we do not buy data from anyone.
Why we keep it
To answer your enquiry and to continue the conversation if it leads to a commission. We do not send newsletters and we never pass your details to anyone for marketing.
How long
Up to 24 months after our last exchange. Ask us to delete your enquiry earlier and we will, usually the same day.
Who else sees it
The site runs on Vercel, which stores the enquiry, and email notifications are sent through Resend. Both act on our instructions only. Nobody else has access.
Traffic measurement
We count visits in an aggregated way, without cookies and without identifying anyone. There is no advertising tracking on this site.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, correct it, or have it deleted. One email to hello@radastudio.co.uk is enough. If you believe we handled your data badly, you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
